Project Details:
NUC mobilized marine construction and diving equipment to tie into an existing HDPE pipeline on the beach. Mechanical helical anchors had to be drilled into the ocean bottom to a depth of 50 feet to support the ductile iron outfall line. A Tide-Flex check valve diffuser section was installed at the end of the outfall. The project was completed five days ahead of schedule.
